Background
Since 1996, our firm has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as compiled & reviewed financial statements, and financial planning.

Our firm is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Duane Carlson is the founding partner of the firm. He has significant experience in small business planning and tax compliance, and he is also QuickBooks certified.
Duane is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota State Society of CPA's. He received his accounting degree from Minot State University in 1981.

Dan Branstad joined the firm as partner in 2002. He brings years of experience in auditing, reviews and compilations, as well as tax services. He also has both public and private accounting experience.
Dan received his bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University in 1977. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
